We understand that our customers may have some questions they wish to ask before they make a booking, or have questions about their upcoming booking.

We have provided some frequently asked questions that should help to guide you with any queries you may have. We hope that this information will be helpful.

This page is kept up to date as frequently as possible, but please accept our apologies for any delays in updating this information following any government announcements as they happen.

What happens if Government restrictions prevent me from coming on holiday?

Should Government imposed travel restrictions (i.e. a National Lockdown) surrounding Covid-19 prevent you from being able to take this holiday we will be in a position to reallocate your payment towards a future booking or to issue a refund, as preferred.

Please note that if you need to cancel this holiday due to falling unwell with Covid-19 or having to self-isolate, you should be able to claim on your own travel insurance as we will not be in a position to refund in either instance.

Can I cancel my holiday?

If Government travel restrictions are in place at the time of and directly affect your holiday, you will be able to cancel your booking and we will refund all monies paid in full.

If there are no travel restrictions in place and you wish to cancel your booking then our normal Booking Conditions would apply.

Please note that if you need to cancel this holiday due to falling unwell with Covid-19 or having to self-isolate, you should be able to claim on your own travel insurance as we will not be in a position to refund in either instance.

Can I still make a booking?

We are accepting bookings under our normal Booking Conditions.

What happens if I have a booking where more than one household plans to stay?

There are currently no restrictions on group sizes.

What happens if I have a booking with a party of more than 6 people?

There are currently no restrictions on group sizes.

What happens if someone in my party develops symptoms during the course of my holiday?

Please notify us as soon as possible should you develop symptoms of Covid-19. We would request that the whole party goes home immediately and directly, and makes arrangements for testing.
