Chy Pyth Cornish for “House by the well” is a cosy, traditional cottage in the centre of Manaccan, with a sun trap of a patio, and an enclosed garden that extends down the valley.

Manaccan is a small hamlet just south of the Helford River and a few hundred metres from the top of Gillan Creek, which leads to the beautiful hamlet of St. Anthony.  There is a regular ferry in season between Helford River and Helford Passage to the north, with decent pubs on both sides of the river. Beach is only 1½ miles away.  There is a local pub within walking distance of the cottage.

The ground floor offers a living room with an open fire and Freeview TV & Wi-Fi.  A kitchen/dining room with electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table that seats six, beams, flagstone floor and french doors leading to garden.  The utility room has a washer/dryer and toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, bedroom one has a double bed, vaulted ceiling and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.  Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three a single bed.  The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, heated towel rail and wooden floor.

There is an enclosed large garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. On-road parking, unloading at door.  Please note: There is a stream in the garden.

Electric heating system, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Highchair & cot available on request.
