Hillside Cottage is a picturesque, quintessentially traditional cottage with exposed beams, and a beautiful south-facing enclosed garden perfect for children and dogs.

Manaccan is a small hamlet just south of the Helford River and a few hundred metres from the top of Gillan Creek, which leads to the beautiful hamlet of St. Anthony.  There is a regular ferry in season between Helford River and Helford Passage to the north, with decent pubs on both sides of the river. Beach is only 1½ miles away.  There is a local pub within walking distance of the cottage.

The ground floor offers a living room with an open fire, electric fire, Freeview TV and beams.  Three steps lead to a kitchen/dining room with a larder, electric oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, exposed beams and tiled floor.  A small conservatory with patio door leads to the garden.  There is also a separate toilet.  The kitchen/dining room has a cottage feel with heavy pine furniture and a fabulous sideboard loaded with blue and white Cornishware.

On the first floor there are two traditionally decorated bedrooms, bedroom one has a king size bed with dual aspect windows, and bedroom two twin beds and a vaulted ceiling.  The bathroom has a shower over L-shaped bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

There is an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue.  On-road parking, unloading at door. No smoking.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for open fire provided. Highchair available on request.
