The Dairy is part of the original buildings of the old Lantinning Farm at St Anthony. The thick stone walls and original slate roofs have been retained and every effort has been taken to maintain the character of the building and it’s surroundings. Situated directly across a lane from the beach, it looks towards the church and the old Farmhouse.
The Dairy offers warm and comfortably furnished year round accommodation. It has an open plan kitchen with dining and living areas. The living room provides accommodation for two guests with it’s double sofa-bed.
Although not equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer or freezer, one does have access to a shared utility room immediately opposite the property where all of these are available to use.
There are two twin bedrooms, one if which has zip & link beds giving the option for a super king-size bed configuration. In the bathroom is a shower over bath, WC and basin.
Offering single storey accommodation and very easy access, The Dairy is particularly suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The property opens onto a patio and gravelled courtyard which is shared with the Turnip House making these two a good option for two families holidaying together. The Dairy is best suited for four guests although fully equipped for six. There is ample off-road parking.
